Please include the email address used for your Parentra account, your device type (iOS or Android), and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive medical details in your message.
2. Common support topics
- Account access, sign-in problems, or email authentication issues.
- Subscription status, restore purchases, premium access, or voice-coach credits.
- Baby profiles, shared caregiver access, invite links, or QR codes.
- Sleep programs, daily logs, reminders, widgets, AI coach, and voice features.
- Privacy requests, account deletion, or data export questions.
3. Billing and refunds
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms. For store-managed refunds, please use your Apple or Google purchase history. We can still help you troubleshoot missing premium access or restore purchases inside Parentra.
When contacting us about a purchase, include your store platform and approximate purchase date. Please do not send full payment details.
